Our Journey
Kavacha Security Solutions was founded in 2026 in Bengaluru. From day one, the organisation has been built around statutory compliance, disciplined manpower and technology-driven operations.
The firm is constituted
Kavacha Security Solutions is established as a partnership firm in Bengaluru, registered with the Registrar of Firms, Karnataka. Founded by Retired Captain Nananiah M. K. and Susan George, it combines military discipline with financial and administrative rigour.
Statutory framework in place
GST, EPFO, ESIC and MSME registrations completed, along with registration under the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, establishing a 100% compliant, audit-ready foundation.
PSARA licensing
Operations brought under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, with police-verified personnel and documented recruitment, training and deployment processes.
